Hi everyone,

I know it's been a while since the site has been updated. Not much going on in the winter as we pull the trucks off the road to help preserve them. My dad is currently working on the Bj rig chasing down air leaks and tweaking other things we may have missed when putting it back together. He should have that truck back on the road soon. I will try and update when he heads out with it to let people know what area of the country he'll be in.
Very soon we will be getting the reefer unit off the old trailer it is on, painted and put on the Bj trailer. I will have pics posted as throughout the process.

This site is all about the BJ and the Bear truck and the Movin' On truck.

All the pictures are available for you to copy and paste and print or whatever you want!

Please let me know if you share my enthusiasm or enjoy my site!

Hello and welcome to our site! We own one of the original trucks used in the TV Series "Bj and the Bear" that aired from 1978-1981. The truck was purchased in August of 2007 in Douglasville, Ga. Restoration started in the fall of 2007. After taking time off from the restoration, it resumed full speed in April of 2008 and was finished by July of 2008. The truck was completely stripped and restored back to the original screen used condition. Since being restored the truck was displayed for the first time at the Iola old car show in Iola, Wi in July of 2008.  At this show Greg Evigan the actor who played Bj Mckay in the series was on hand, and saw the truck for the first time in almost 30 years. We have recently purchased one of the original trailers used in the series and plan a full restoration for it.

We also own the truck used in the 1974 season of the tv series "Movin On" starring Claude Akins, and Frank Converse. After the truck was purchased it was also restored back to as close to the screen used condition as possible.

If you have any questions or comments about the trucks please feel free to contact me.
